There, you'll find a plethora of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. An additional, quick 10-minute drive will take you to the Strand area, where you can embark on cruise ships and enjoy an exciting nightlife, along with even more shopping and dining opportunities.

For your convenience, we provide essentials such as bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and bath soap. Additionally, a propane grill is available for your use in the garage.

Please note that there is a one-time $25.00 resort fee per person, age four and above, for a total of up to twelve people, payable to Pointe West Beach Club. Finally, please be aware that there is nearby construction occurring, which may cause noise during daytime hours.

The administrative/management fee is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded in full minus the administrative fee/management fee. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date.
